ABOUT ME
"God grant me the patience to spin all the fibers I can, the courage to blend anything and the insight to try everything once."
– Author unknown
I have always loved this quote. The last part describes my new adventure, combining my love of teaching and everything involved with the fiber arts with new uncharted territory for me, the "Internet."
I have been teaching and/or working in yarn stores since 1994. I have been knitting and crocheting for over 40 years, and spinning and dyeing since 2005. I am a Certified Knitting Teacher from the Craft Yarn Council of America. I graduated from levels 1-4 of the Nihon Amimono (knitting) Cultural Center (NAC), Japan, courses taught by Jean Wong from Vancouver, B.C. who is the only accredited instructor in North America. I teach locally in yarn shops and out of my home.
I am located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest in the town of Silverdale, Washington.

God grant me the patience to spin all the fibers I can, the courage to blend anything, and the insight to try everything once.
